PAST PERFORMANCE
From running a complete project to playing a support role, IZAR has a record of on-time and under-budget delivery on key projects within Federal and State agencies, including TSA, HHS, and MTA. We have available specific programs for creating a Global Program Quality Office and an integrated Project Activity Report.

  • At the Metropolitan Transit Authority, IZAR is supporting the establishment of a PMO framework for the migration of 5 agencies under a single PMO. Primary task includes the configuration, customization and integration of a Microsoft Project Server solution for both Development and Production environments. An ancillary set of tasks defined SharePoint document and collaboration solutions, including the organization of documents using lists, library apps and metadata, optimization of search functions.
  • Supporting Unisys as the prime contractor at Health and Human Services (HHS), IZAR provided project scheduling and risk management services for the migration of email systems into a new upgraded Microsoft Exchange environment.
  • IZAR supported TSA with several Transition Management efforts during major contract changes and data center migrations
